The average allowable tolerance for hole diameter is ±0.5μm, with a variation in hole diameter across the entire sheet of ±0.5μm, making it ultra-high precision. Additionally, with the adoption of a narrow pitch structure, the opening rate is 2.3 to 4.8 times higher than conventional structures, and the number of holes is 2.3 to 6.9 times greater, resulting in an ultra-high opening rate.
